• Comment: The two installers sent by DI to perform the work in July showed up on time and prepared the site before performing any work. They worked with me to place the equipment where it made the most sense and keep the cables out of sight. They installed a large Smart TV, a DVD player, and a SONOS sound bar. After the installation, they made sure that all the paper waste was removed and took the extra cabling with them to keep the area neat and clean like they found it. When I saw that the SONOS was not working right after they left and called the office to report it, Tara got hold of the lead installer and he came back to get everything running right again and help me download the SONOS app for my iPhone.
  In September, when I noticed that the voice and image were not properly synched, I again called the office and Tara set up a house call with experienced technician Robin, who came by and took care of the problem to my satisfaction. This is my "go to" company for any future home electronics projects!
