We set up a clean, easy-to-use smart home system using Control4. Now the homeowner can manage lighting, shades, entertainment, and more with built-in touchscreens and keypads throughout the house. For entertainment, we installed a Samsung TV along with Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers and a subwoofer, delivering great sound for movies and music. We also added roller shades from Screen Innovations, which can be controlled through the same system for convenience and comfort. Security was a priority, so we installed a full Google Nest camera system—just like the one the homeowner had and liked in a previous home. A Control4 Door Station handles smart entry and visitor access, all tied into the Control4 setup. To keep everything running smoothly, we built a strong network using Araknis gear. Now the entire system is reliable, secure, and built around the homeowner’s needs.

In the main conference room, we installed a 75" TV and Neat conferencing equipment, both provided by the client. We also equipped two additional offices with 65" Sony Bravia displays and Neat systems, also supplied by the customer. All programming and system integration were handled by Regency Centers. The result is a clean, reliable AV setup designed to support effective communication across all spaces.
We integrated all the in-ceiling speakers for a clean, seamless look that complements the style of the place perfectly.

We outfitted The Grand with a discreet and powerful audio setup, featuring in-ceiling speakers from Origin Acoustics and a URC Total Control system for effortless management. Wireless microphones were also implemented to support live events and presentations. The result is crystal-clear sound with minimal visual impact—perfect for meetings, ambient music, and announcements alike.
The front of the home has Luma cameras for security and Infratech heaters to keep the outdoor space comfortable year-round.
