Why did the customer contact us?

We had the pleasure of being part of this beautiful custom home project, thanks to Durant Design Construction. From the very beginning, this was a ground-up build, and Durant Construction brought us in to help bring the finishing details to life. The client wanted a smart, modern home equipped with AV solutions, lighting, shading, control, and surveillance—all seamlessly integrated.

Solutions provided:

We implemented a Control4 Home Automation system to unify the home’s technology. This included control over a Samsung Frame TV, Lutron keypads, in-ceiling speakers from Origin Acoustics, and Hunter Douglas Vignette Modern Roman Shades. For outdoor comfort and security, we integrated Infratech heaters and a Luma Surveillance system. Custom linear lighting from American Lighting added a sleek architectural touch throughout the home. Every detail was thoughtfully integrated to create a space that’s as functional as it is beautiful.

The front of the home has Luma cameras for security and Infratech heaters to keep the outdoor space comfortable year-round.

We installed American Lighting linear lighting with adjustable brightness, paired with Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers for a clean, integrated look.

The lights are fully dimmable, so you can adjust them exactly how you like.

We installed American Linear Lighting in the living room crown molding, as well as throughout the entire home, adding a sleek and modern touch to every room.

Upstairs, there's a small bar area where we added American Linear Lighting along with in-ceiling speakers from Origin Acoustics, creating the perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining.

A stunning upper-level view showcases the custom wrought iron railing with its flowing, organic design—blending art and safety. Hunter Douglas Vignette Modern Roman Shades tie the second floor beautifully to the style of the first floor.

Along with that, we installed Hunter Douglas Vignette Modern Roman Shades to go along with everything else in the house.

Finding the right tape lighting and installing it to follow that curve took careful planning—especially with the limited space we had to work with, but we made it work, and the American Linear Lighting ended up being the perfect fit for the space.

We ensured that every bathroom was outfitted with sleek linear lighting for a clean look.

The main room had Hunter Douglas Vignette Modern Roman Shades & Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers.
