I'm not sure how long we've been using DI, at least 10 years, so we've had the pleasure of almost each oe of the guys working in our home. Shaun came to us yesterday to do 2 things - remedy the problem of accessing Netflix & Amazon, & hook up my beautiful new turntable to speakers & a receiver. In addition to that, he had a look at our universal TV remote in the front room & found several problems that needed attention & so he took care of that too. So, in an hour, Shaun fixed everything that needed fixing! I think he is a genius! I can't say enough good things about this company. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, arrive on time, fast & something that's very important to me...they don't mind explaining, in detail, everything that I need to know about how to operate all the AV things that are wired together in our home. Whatever your needs are, large or small, you can count on them to do a wonderful job.

I contacted Digital Installers after reviewing all the great reviews on Yelp. I spoke initially with James who was more than professional and extremely patient with me in discussing various options of security cameras. After a couple of weeks going by with lots of discussion of which way to go we set up a date/time to get everything installed. I was replacing a system which I had originally purchased from Costco and have to say that I couldn't be more pleased with the system Digital Installers installed for me. James showed up with two other workers who were very friendly, professional and answered any questions I had. The installation ended up taking a little longer than expected due to how things were wired by a former installer, but that didn't discourage me at all because I could tell with my own experience with security cameras they knew what they were doing! The following day Shaun showed up with one other guy to finish up my job and they had my system up and running in no time. Shaun was also very nice and helpful in showing me how to view my home videos from my video recorder using our Xbox which obviously had nothing to do with my security cameras, but it took him 5 minutes to set up my Xbox where it took me hours of trying to figure it out to no avail!!! These guys at Digital Installers know their stuff and they will be my future installation crew:)

We moved into a house recently and needed to set up 2 TV with the existing surround sound system and Apple TVs. When the DirecTV installers (3 of them) could not figure out how to set up the dish and wire them to the TVs, [Shaun] from Digital installer solved the problem and did the wiring. Professional and knowledgeable with a never say no attitude. Thanks Yelp for helping me find these guys!

Shaun and his team did another excellent job in our home. This time installing a 75 inch t.v., moving the 46 inch from one room to another and the the 32 inch that was there into a 3rd room. They had to program our remotes and mount one of the tv's to the wall. The 75 they mounted to the base. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We live in Orange County and referred them to friends in Villa Park who were also pleased with them. They go anywhere in the greater Long Beach/Orange County area.

Di did an exceptional job when we hired Rusty & his team to wire our 3 story home with surround sound, Sonos interface, and visual entertainment years ago and its great to see the standards of high quality work & service have not changed at all over the years. How refreshing! Thank you for your exceptional service yesterday & today, your tech Shaun B has our system upgraded and running very smoothly again with a much improved remote and easier Sonos interface on our Macs & iphones. :-D Much appreciated!

I was working on a Huge relocation project for my boss and while trying to find a company to do the A/V portion of the job, I came across Digital Installers on the web. I contacted them and they sent two Installers out to meet with me that same day! Reuben and [Shaun] listened to my needs and made awesome suggestions. The quote was turned around in a timely manner and once the quote was approved and payment was made, installation began. The job was big, not huge, but more than simply hanging a few TVs. The DI crew was on time EVERYDAY and they were happy to be there! They have the BEST crew in the whole world. Each guy works so hard and they are all very knowledgeable about their craft. They love what they do and it's obvious! The job they did for my boss took a full week (another company quoted me a month) They were professional, prompt, neat, precise and fast. They didn't cut any corners, they just brought out a larger crew! I wish I could remember everyone's name (sorry guys) because they were truly the most AMAZING bunch of guys to work with! They work as a team; no complaining, no arguing! Bottom line is, Digital Installers is the only company that I would ever go to from now on, for my A/V needs. They are innovative, knowledgeable, professional and worth every dollar that they charge. They present their best up front and you get their best throughout the entire project. Rusty, The owner of the company even came out to the property a few time to check on the job and to make sure we were happy. Thank you to the entire DI crew that worked on the 2nd st project. You guys are so awesome! I never worried about the quality of your work or how you were managing your time. You are all Rock Stars! From the moment I made that first phone call, I knew I'd found my A/V company.

I have been using Digital Installers since 2007 and this time was super. I moved to a new place and Shaun did a fabulous job figuring out how I was going to get fast internet throughout the entire place (not a slam dunk but now works terrific), did a universal remote on my living room entertainment center and cleaned up all my computer wires. I am always impressed and thanks once again!

Rusty and his crew earned "5 stars" having just installed a dynamic indoor-outdoor, audio/visual system at our new home. The prep crew showed up first. Vanna and Vanny were early on arrival, with great attitudes, and late to leave during initial wire lay-out. (I hired a couple of workers to dig trenches for the outdoor speaker wires). "Big Boss" Rusty and one of his Leads came through later to assure proper routes and placement of all wires and devices. Larry and Shaun came by the next day along with Vanna for additional expert installation and programming for wireless and remote devices. Rusty rolled by at the end of the day to inspect and discuss the completed project. He and his crew exchanged contact information for any questions we might have about the equipment. Each professional added layers of personality and quality to the overall performance; assuring years of top-notch entertainment pleasures for our family and friends for years to come. Digital Installers is an wonderful company. Shaun and Voughn did a great job mounting my 55inch television. After installation of my television and surround sound system, they took the time to show me in great detail how everything works. They are true professionals! After I discovered the wrong television was delivered to me. They were nice enough to fit me into their schedule to unmount the television they had just mounted the day before, and remount the new t.v. I really appreciate you guys for working with me and having such patience with my situation.
