Why did the customer contact us?

This was our first collaboration with Legacy CDM, and it all began with a successful project we completed for a residential client, William M. After seeing the quality of our work, Matt McClure of Legacy CDM reached out and invited us to be part of this exciting new build. It was a pleasure to join the team on such a large-scale project and contribute our expertise to bring the home’s technology vision to life.

Solutions provided:

From the beginning, we worked closely with the builder to ensure every detail aligned with the home's modern aesthetic and the client’s lifestyle needs.
We installed Control4 for full home automation, providing effortless control over entertainment, lighting, and security systems. Each room is equipped with a Samsung Frame TV, blending function and design.
For immersive audio, we installed Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers throughout the home. Outdoors, we brought the exterior to life with Coastal Source landscape speakers, including weatherproof speakers on the rooftop—perfect for entertaining with powerful, high-quality sound in any weather. Security was a key component of this project. We integrated Turing Video surveillance cameras into the Control4 system, giving the client peace of mind and convenient access to monitoring features. From start to finish, this project was all about blending design and technology to create a space that’s smart, secure, and beautifully executed. We’re proud to have partnered with Legacy CDM and look forward to more collaborations in the future.
