• Comment: If I could give 10 stars I would. I've been using Digital Installers to manage our home AV system for a few years now. They did not install the original system, but that didnt matter. Once they came in, reviewed our set up, they were set. Anytime I call them for service, they are responsive and quickly resolve issues. They can remote into my system and quickly diagnos issues so when the technician arrives they know exactly what needs to be done. On a recent Friday afternoon, working from home, my system went down. It turns our our switch had failed. I called Tara, she quickly identified the problem and a technician was dispatched with a new part and the entire issue was resolved within a few hours. Did I mention this was on a Friday afternoon? I would trust Digital Installers with any and all AV needs. The service is excellent, the value is always there and the people are the best.
