Andrew of Digital Installers did a wonderful job adding new equipment to protect my system from electrical surges. While doing so he completely cleaned up my cables and wiring moved equipment in my rack and it runs cooler, looks great organized clean. Hello, Randall. This message is long overdue. I want to take a few moments to commend you and your staff for the installation of the Sonos system in our home on September 18. From the initial product demos that you gave Cindie and me at your showrooms, to the actual installation and energizing of the system, we couldn't be happier. Vanny and Monica were the installers, and did a terrific job throughout. They were courteous, informative, and thorough throughout the day. Between your input on the recommended system configuration, and their professionalism throughout the day's installation, we are sincerely impressed and grateful for all the hard work. I am still on the learning curve with the Sonos app, but making steady progress. We are both impressed by the fidelity of the system. When both the living and family rooms are engaged, the sound is so full, clear, and rich. We are amazed by how well it sounds for being such a compact package. And my how things have changed over the years from my earlier systems of the '70's and '80's. And I have to tell you, we are really impressed with the Bowers & Wilkins outdoor speakers. Monica did such a good job on their installation. They look so clean, and they sound so good. Very rich for a small outdoor cabinet. Please share my congratulations with your staff. Just upgraded my television in my living room and my bedroom. Digital installers did a fantastic job. exactly as I envisioned televisions being installed. Vanny and Andres were polite, clean, efficient and friendly. Johnathan managed the install remotely without complicating the process. Order took a while to arrive; but there are so many possible reasons for that I'm not even sure it was the company's fault. Worth the money to get my gorgeous new televisions installed correctly.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I've been using Digital Installers to manage our home AV system for a few years now. They did not install the original system, but that didnt matter. Once they came in, reviewed our set up, they were set. Anytime I call them for service, they are responsive and quickly resolve issues. They can remote into my system and quickly diagnos issues so when the technician arrives they know exactly what needs to be done. On a recent Friday afternoon, working from home, my system went down. It turns our our switch had failed. I called Tara, she quickly identified the problem and a technician was dispatched with a new part and the entire issue was resolved within a few hours. Did I mention this was on a Friday afternoon? I would trust Digital Installers with any and all AV needs. The service is excellent, the value is always there and the people are the best.

Digital Installers does some incredible things in the new era of the “smart home.” Their portfolio is truly impressive. Rusty is a wealth of knowledge and very willing to discuss ideas. Highly recommend.

I've used Digital Installers for years. As someone who works from home in an internet based company, and also is an early adopter in all things technology, Digital installers has been an amazing resource if you want to have the best and latest set up in your home. We have all our AV, audio and internet needs handled through their team. They are responsive and professional and I would recommend using them for any size project, from setting up an entire home system (like us) or just a room or two.

Very professional. Arrived on schedule with a 2 person team that obviously knew what they were doing. They installed a big screen over my bedroom fireplace exactly as I wanted it. I had pre-arranged the price, so there were no surprises. Definitely good work.

I am posting a review on Digital Installers, a company that is outstanding in every aspect. All the employees are extremely professional. Everything was explained in detail on how to operate the various digital components they installed. They were punctual, and always did exactly what they said they would. Everything that was promised was delivered promptly. The owner Rusty Deeble has obviously learned how to cultivate an incredible staff of support. Each and every person from the accounting department, support people, along with the installers and the programmers that worked on my job were GREAT. I would highly RECOMMEND anyone looking for Audio visual installation to use their service.

The two installers sent by DI to perform the work in July showed up on time and prepared the site before performing any work. They worked with me to place the equipment where it made the most sense and keep the cables out of sight. They installed a large Smart TV, a DVD player, and a SONOS sound bar. After the installation, they made sure that all the paper waste was removed and took the extra cabling with them to keep the area neat and clean like they found it. When I saw that the SONOS was not working right after they left and called the office to report it, Tara got hold of the lead installer and he came back to get everything running right again and help me download the SONOS app for my iPhone. In September, when I noticed that the voice and image were not properly synched, I again called the office and Tara set up a house call with experienced technician Robin, who came by and took care of the problem to my satisfaction. This is my "go to" company for any future home electronics projects!

Rusty helped me plan out my system on his first visit and, after agreeing on an install date, his installers–Danny, Elvis, & Seth–had my system installed and running perfectly in one day; with a special return the next day to complete a final tweek. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Absolutely 100% satisfied.
