Why did the customer contact us?

A longtime customer and friend of ours referred this customer to us because of our track record. We were excited to meet with the customer and design from the ground up. We were hired in the beginning to work on other homes and businesses for the customer and we exceeded his expectations so we were able to move forward with this larger project that took just under 2 years to build from the ground up.

Solutions provided:

We provided custom Lutron motorized track draperies and standard roller shades that are fully automated, very quiet and the textured materials are amazing.

We had outdoor rated Samsung TVs with in wall and in-ceiling speakers. Contractor was very accommodating and designed a great structure to house the TV and painted the speakers to match the wood.

Customer wanted voice control so we installed Josh.AI in 6 locations so they can talk to the house and it will respond over the house speakers and act as the house smart home control.

Automation is Control4 controlling the thermostats, shades, lights, speakers and TVs.
