Why did the customer contact us?

We had the privilege of contributing to this stunning home project, thanks to Nathan Low from Maverick Construction, who recommended us for the AV work. The client was looking for his house to have speakers, TVs, shades, security systems, outdoor heaters, lighting, and access control.

Solutions provided:

We implemented a Control4 Home Automation system, enabling seamless control of audio, video, lighting, window treatments, garage automation, and the home intercom, delivering a fully integrated smart home experience.

Photos & Videos:

The front of the house is equipped with IC Realtime cameras, providing vigilant surveillance of its surroundings.

We implemented Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers throughout the whole house along with Lutron Palladiom Shades..

Lutron Palladiom keypads that are easy to manage and understand.

In the master bedroom we added Lutron Palladiom keypads on each side.

Movie room TV installation.

Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers throughout the whole house.

We installed a Nexus 21 lift with a Sony TV, creating a simple and convenient setup. The lift allows the TV to be hidden when not in use and easily raised when it’s time to watch, keeping the space neat and functional.

Along with the TV setup, we also added Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers to go perfectly with it.

We added Infratech outdoor heaters, Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers and outdoor subwoofer, plus IC-Realtime security cameras throughout the outdoor areas.
