Why did the customer contact us?

This was our first project with this client, who found us after purchasing a home from one of our previous customers. Impressed by the technology and integration in the previous home, he reached out looking for a personalized smart home system that balanced powerful performance with a clean, design-forward look.

Solutions provided:

We installed a Lutron RA3 lighting control system, complete with color-matched keypads to complement each room’s design, adding both functionality and visual flow. For easy, hands-free control, we integrated Josh.ai voice control, allowing the client to manage lighting and music with simple voice commands. In the family room, we created a clean, immersive entertainment experience with invisible JBL front speakers and subwoofers discreetly hidden behind the drywall. To complete the look, we used a Leon Studio Frame, transforming a Sony TV into a sleek, art-like display. While the in-ceiling speakers in some areas were pre-installed, we integrated them into the system and synced them with the rest of the speakers we provided—ensuring a smooth, unified audio experience throughout the home. We also installed landscape speakers and subwoofers in the outdoor areas, providing powerful, evenly distributed sound throughout the backyard. To ensure reliable connectivity, we included a Starlink internet backup system along with a dual-WAN router, providing smooth internet access even during service interruptions. This home is a great example of how advanced technology can be thoughtfully integrated into everyday living, bringing together smart control, modern design, and dependable performance.

In the kitchen, we installed Lutron RA3 lighting control with custom keypad colors to match the room’s design. We also added in-ceiling speakers to bring high-quality sound into the space.

We integrated and synced all the in-ceiling speakers throughout the home, so the audio flows perfectly from room to room.

In the family room, we installed a clean entertainment setup with invisible front speakers and subwoofers hidden behind the drywall. A Sony TV framed by a Leon Studio Frame adds an art-like touch, while in-ceiling speakers and Lutron keypads blend naturally into the space.
