This Huntington Beach project came to us through Scott Pfohl’s company, a builder we’ve successfully partnered with on several homes. Scott selected us as the AV integrator for this residence, confident in our ability to manage the technology from start to finish. The clients visited our showroom during the planning phase and were excited to see how we approach design, integration, and long-term support. After seeing that we could fully handle their project and continue supporting them well beyond installation, they felt confident moving forward with us as part of the build team alongside Louie Tomorro and Scott’s crew.
We installed a Control4 automation system to unify lighting, entertainment, security, cameras, shades, and alarm into one simple platform. Lutron keypads and lighting control allow the homeowners to easily manage lighting scenes throughout the home, while custom Lutron roller shades provide smooth, automated daylight control. For audio, Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers and subwoofers were installed throughout the home. In the media room, we elevated the experience with a Bowers & Wilkins in-wall subwoofer for deeper, more immersive bass performance.
The media room features a Sony TV for high-performance viewing, while the main living space includes a Samsung Frame TV that blends beautifully into the home’s design. For security, we integrated Turing cameras and a full alarm system, all accessible through Control4 for easy monitoring and control from anywhere.
This project is another strong collaboration with Scott Pfohl’s team and highlights how early coordination between builder and integrator leads to a smooth, fully supported smart home experience.
