This project marks another collaboration with Durant Construction. The homeowner was already working with Durant on the build and brought us in to handle the technology and low-voltage integration throughout the home. While the lighting fixtures were homeowner-supplied, they trusted our team to install and position everything with precision to ensure the final result felt intentional, warm, and well-designed.

We installed Lutron Custom Roller Shades for smooth light control and a Samsung Frame TV selected to complement the home’s overall style. The Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers were custom squared to align with the home’s design, delivering quality sound while maintaining a cohesive look. Infratech heaters were added to make the outdoor spaces comfortable year-round. While we didn’t supply the lighting, we handled the installation of the homeowner-provided fixtures, placing them thoughtfully to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. For security, we installed a Ring video doorbell for added convenience and peace of mind.
