This project came to us through Maverick Construction while the home was being built from the ground up. From the early stages of construction, DI worked alongside the builder to plan and integrate the technology throughout the home. The client wanted technology that felt easy to use and naturally fit into the home, while still providing strong entertainment, audio, and security throughout the property.

In the living room, we installed a Sony TV, while the home gym was equipped with a Samsung TV to keep workouts and entertainment easily accessible. For audio throughout the home, we installed Bowers & Wilkins speakers on each side of the TV for balanced sound, along with Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers that deliver high-quality audio while keeping the design clean and minimal. To simplify everyday use, we integrated a Control4 system, allowing the client to manage different areas of the home with ease. For security, Luma Surveillance cameras were installed around the property to provide reliable monitoring and remote access, along with a Ring doorbell camera.
