This project came to us through a friendship built at the golf club. After purchasing a new home in Manhattan Beach, the homeowners asked Digital Installers to design and install the technology throughout the property. The builder completed the pre-wire based on our plans, and we worked closely with their team throughout construction to ensure every wire was in the right location before the walls were finished. Once the home passed its final inspection, we returned to install and program all of the technology. From the beginning, the goal was to create a home that felt clean, modern, and easy to enjoy. The homeowners wanted high-quality entertainment, smart lighting, automated shades, and outdoor living spaces that would be ready for hosting family and friends.

To complement the home's modern design, we installed a backlit framed TV, in-wall subwoofers that keep the floors free of bulky equipment, and a whole-home audio system that delivers synchronized sound throughout the open floor plan. Whether relaxing indoors or entertaining guests, music and TV audio remain consistent from room to room for a smooth listening experience. Throughout the home, we integrated LUX lighting control, custom American linear lighting, and Lutron Custom Roller Shades on the doors and windows to provide convenient control while enhancing the home's overall design. We also installed security cameras around the perimeter of the home, giving the homeowners reliable coverage without taking away from the home's clean appearance, along with Control4 doorbell at the entrance of the home. One of the standout features is the custom wine display, where carefully designed lighting highlights the structure and creates a beautiful focal point. Outside, we completed an entertainment area with outdoor landscape speakers, giving the homeowners a backyard that's ready for both everyday enjoyment and future gatherings.
