New to the industry, Tara started her career in hospitality in a small oil field town in New Mexico. Managing oil field offices and local restuarants, she enjoyed the leaderships roles they involved. Moving to Las Vegas, NV to study culinary arts, Tara worked with a large corporate restuarant company and began working thourought the US training existing staff and opening new locations.
