We installed a Lutron lighting control system with keypads that blend nicely with the home’s design, making it easy to adjust the lighting throughout the house. We also added Lutron motorized shades to give the client smooth control over light and privacy. For entertainment, we installed Samsung Frame TVs that look just as good off as they do on, along with Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers that fill each room with great sound. Outdoors, Bowers & Wilkins speakers extend the audio experience, perfect for relaxing or entertaining outside. To keep the home safe, we set up Alarm.com security cameras, a video doorbell, and an alarm panel, giving the client peace of mind and easy access to everything. This project was a great opportunity to combine smart technology and everyday comfort, creating a home that’s stylish, secure, and easy to control.

We installed a Control4 automation system to bring everything together—lighting, music, entertainment, and security—all from one easy platform. Touchscreens around the house make it simple for the client to control lighting, music, cameras, and even the outdoor heaters. We added Lutron tensioned skylight rollers for smooth and precise light control. To enhance the design, we installed Proluxe linear lighting surrounding the skylights, creating a soft glow that highlights the ceiling details and adds depth to the room. The client also envisioned a custom light-up center table, and we made that vision a reality by integrating Proluxe linear lighting inside the table, adding a modern, one-of-a-kind touch. We also included DMF ceiling lights for balanced illumination and Aispire landscape lighting outdoors, bringing warmth and showcasing the home’s exterior design at night. Throughout the home, Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers deliver rich, balanced sound. The outdoor speakers were painted black per the client’s request, matching the space perfectly. We also included Amina invisible in-wall speakers for areas where the client wanted great sound without visible equipment. In the living room, a Samsung Frame TV fits perfectly with the home’s design, while the media room features a Sony TV for a more immersive entertainment setup. Outside, we installed five Infratech heaters, all connected to Control4 for easy temperature control. For security, we integrated Turing cameras and a Control4 video doorbell, giving the client peace of mind with convenient access from anywhere.

We added clean, modern lighting from American Linear Lighting (Proluxe) to highlight the home’s architecture. A standout feature is the spa-inspired shower niche linear light, which transforms the space into a relaxing retreat. We also added custom window sill linear lighting that creates a warm nighttime glow—casting a soft, inviting light through the window treatments that adds a fun glow both inside the house and from the outside looking in. The Samsung Frame TV adds both style and entertainment to the space, blending effortlessly with the home’s interior design. Origin Acoustics in-ceiling and in-wall speakers deliver immersive sound throughout the house, enhancing both music and TV experiences. Hunter Douglas shades were paired with the custom sill lighting to elevate the mood after dark—offering privacy during the day and a cozy glow at night that gently filters through the fabric, creating a layered visual effect from every angle. Lucetta lighting is featured in one of the rooms for an added layer of ambiance and personality. The lighting throughout the home is powered by Lutron Sunnata keypads, making it easy to adjust the environment with a touch. For peace of mind, we installed an Alarm.com camera system and doorbell, all accessible through the smart home interface. To round out the system, we installed Apple iPorts for simple device docking and control Note: While DI did not install the exterior house number lighting, our system does include control over those lights to keep everything connected and convenient.

From the beginning, we worked closely with the builder to ensure every detail aligned with the home's modern aesthetic and the client’s lifestyle needs. We installed Control4 for full home automation, providing effortless control over entertainment, lighting, and security systems. Each room is equipped with a Samsung Frame TV, blending function and design. For immersive audio, we installed Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers throughout the home. Outdoors, we brought the exterior to life with Coastal Source landscape speakers, including weatherproof speakers on the rooftop—perfect for entertaining with powerful, high-quality sound in any weather. The rooftop jacuzzi area was a standout request. Our client envisioned a TV positioned in front of the tub for ultimate relaxation. To enhance both comfort and style, we installed a custom motorized pop-up Samsung TV—delivering smooth, discreet entertainment without compromising the space’s sleek design. Security was a key component of this project. We integrated Turing Video surveillance cameras into the Control4 system, giving the client peace of mind and convenient access to monitoring features. From start to finish, this project was all about blending design and technology to create a space that’s smart, secure, and beautifully executed.
