We had two TV's installed by Digital Installers. While there was a small issue with one that needed to be corrected, they handled it well and we are pleased with their work.

They have done 3 different installs for me, and all have been great.

Digital Installers saved me. Rats ate the wires under our house to our TV, electrical, and telephone. DI promptly and professionally repaired the damage. Our TV was up and running the same day we disovered the damage. Customer service was first rate. The team was proficient, knowledgeable and very tidy. DI followed up after the repair. Very rare these days to find a company that cares.

Rusty and crew originally installed the surround system and flat screen a few years back throughout the entire house with individual controls in each zone. We recently had Digital Installers hang an outdoor TV.....LOVE IT, nothing finer than California style of catching the news during the week while getting the BBQ ready and sipping a cold one. The crew communicates well, is timely and the work area kept clean...always. I'm never slow to recommend Rusty and Digital Installers to my friends and coworkers.

I first came in contact with Digital Installers when I bought my 4 TV's from Howards Appliances in December 2012. They installed all my TV's and did an excellent job. On time, very polite and professional. I recently decided to have my last TV mounted on my wall in the guest room. Reuben was the installer. He was running late but called and let me know. He did a great job. Very informative, also polite and professional. The TV looks great on the wall. I am so pleased I called both Reuben and the owner Rusty and told them how happy I was. NEVER look at hiring anyone else but these guys for the next time you need this time of work done.

I have been using Digital Installers since 2007 and this time was super. I moved to a new place and Shaun did a fabulous job figuring out how I was going to get fast internet throughout the entire place (not a slam dunk but now works terrific), did a universal remote on my living room entertainment center and cleaned up all my computer wires. I am always impressed and thanks once again!

Digital Installers has the best staff I have worked with. They were able to schedule an install time right away, and the installers were a couple minutes early. They were able to set everything up the way I wanted and even threw in an extra piece i was missing. They tested every port and made sure everything was up and running before they left. Cleaned up the entire work area. Truly a great team to work with. I will continue to work with DI in the future.

What a professional outfit! I had Sean come to diagnoses system failure at my home with my audio/visual system. He showed up on time, explained the charges, and quickly sized up the problem, emailed an itemized estimate, and I met with Rusty, the owner, yesterday to book the work, I'll post pics when it's all installed.

No nonsense. No grief. Honest. If you buy your own TV mount, it will be cheaper, and they will install it as long as it is correct.. Just be REALLY sure its the right one for your type of wall and TV, and that it does what you want it to do ( Swinging, tilting, MEASURE IT). You can go with their mount but it will likely be more expensive. I don't think this is just a mark up ploy. I believe they might have to stock the more expensive mounts to insure compatibility with a wide assortment of walls and TV's.

Great customer service. They were fast to respond and the task I requested was completed in 2 hours.
