Easy. No fuss, no mess, no complications. They even set up an app on my phone so I could see my security cameras while I was away. They trouble shot every potential problem before they left and took their time to make sure I had my questions answered and was comfortable with the installation. Great company to do business with and very accommodating.

I love Digital Installers! I was having a hard time getting a signal from my Verizon Fios wireless modem. I don't have a big house, but I still couldn't stream Netflix in my bedroom and my laptop would drop the signal all the time. I called Rusty over at DI and he sent out an awesome team to fix my problem. They came in, problem solved, and fixed my problem in a heartbeat. Now, I can stream videos, work on my laptop and my kids can have Apple TV going in their room and none of us lose our signals. If you're looking for a company that cares about its customers and won't leave you feeling like the job is unfinished, check out Digital Installers. It's a family-run business with ethics and quality work. Also, if you go to their office and showroom, you're in for a treat. Rusty is super creative and is always coming up with something new and innovative that I want to incorporate into my house and business. It's a great office to show you all the endless possibilities DI can provide.

Excellent experience! We needed ethernet drops (3 of them) installed in parts of our house. We read about Digital Installers on Yelp, and the reviews were great. On the day of the installation, we received a call before they arrived saying they were on their way. The installers arrived on time, immediately assessed the work to be done, and got to work. The actual installation took no longer than what they told me at the beginning of the job. They were neat, clean and accomodating. They were glad to answer any and all questions that my wife and I had relating to the installation. Everything works fine, and I would definitely recommend Digital Installers!

I used Digital Installers to install a TV over my fireplace and they more than exceeded my expectations. I had an appointment and I messed up the times and called Rusty and he accommodated me on a prompt new day and time, so that says a lot about the way he does business. He never made me feel like I put them out. I appreciated that. The technicians were on time and did the job in a timely manner. They had a tougher than usual installation due to my fireplace design, but came up with a quick solution, which I was more than happy with. They did great work and left my house just as it was when they arrived. I would recommend Digital Installers to anyone and I will use them again in the future!

Digital Installers came to my rescue after I broke off the end of my hdmi cable that was buried in the wall. They squeezed me in the day after I called on a busy weekend, and did a fantastic job. I'm hiring them to do another upcoming project. I recommend them without hesitation!

I am SO grateful for Digital Installers...this is the second time I have used them (just going back to the same company should say a lot about their level of service/reliability). I emailed on Wednesday to see if they could help that weekend move 3 TVs and mounts from our existing home in Signal Hill to our new home in Woodland Hills. Rusty respond immediately, then we spoke on the phone and he said even though he had 4 guys scheduled to be off that weekend he would make it happen. They did make it happen and Shawn and Jamie (I think that was their names - sorry if I got that wrong), were early (which NEVER happens these days), quick and beyond courteous and helpful in suggestions on the new installs. All looks great and was done with professional expertise. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 (which should actually be 4 1/2 if Yelp would let you do 1/2s) is that it was a little bit on the pricey side...the discount for being a repeat customer was 3% which didn't really make much of a dent in our $1500 bill (but that was for the take down of a 55" TV and mount, loading that and 2 new in box TVs, a mount for a 40" TV, and placing all 3 TVs at the new house with the wires being in wall and extra cables)...so I guess it wasn't THAT bad, but still a bit of a sticker shock for me. Overall I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Digital Installers; fast, professional, knowledgable and reliable service!!

I've worked with other AV companies in the past. DI (Rusty) was easy to work with, fairly priced and honest! Installers were knowledgeable and on time. Shawn is a delight to have working in your home or business.

Digital Installers are awesome. They installed the Sonos system with speakers/audio throughout our entire house and our back yard, plus they boosted our WiFi (our Fios was awful and barely worked so these guys fixed it right up). Rusty's team was efficient, personable, and knowledgable. We love our new audio system... music in every room of the house, all controlled by our iPad and iPhones. Big thanks to Shawn and Ruben, those guys were so helpful and they took the time to explain everything in detail. I would recommend Digital Installers 100%.

We moved into a house recently and needed to set up 2 TV with the existing surround sound system and Apple TVs. When the DirecTV installers (3 of them) could not figure out how to set up the dish and wire them to the TVs, [Shaun] from Digital installer solved the problem and did the wiring. Professional and knowledgeable with a never say no attitude. Thanks Yelp for helping me find these guys!

To start, i'm kind of a tech junkie, so i consider myself knowledgeable on all things tech, whether it be computers, A/V equipment, etc . so with that being said, The work & the knowledge behind the work that Digital Installers did for me was second to none. i kind of had a smorgasbord of projects going on and they handled everything with ease. We started with 7 exterior security cameras( HD), then an outdoor tv( sunbrite 55) that tied into my a/v system, then we upgraded my a/V reciever ( yamaha rx 3030). and finally we automated it all with Control 4. The fact that i have all my components in one place for my theater room and outdoor tv are amazing,. Between Rusty( owner) drawing it all out for me, Ruben( project head) making sure everything was cleaned, nipped, tucked, perfect, & sean( installer) dropping info & knowledge on me, i couldn't have picked a better company to do what i wanted and do what i needed. going forward they will get all my business when it comes to anything electronic. i don't understand why anyone would go with best buy or any other big box company, these guys have it all and its cheaper from from top to bottom and the craftsmanship behind their installs puts all my other experiences to shame, thank you Rusty & thanks to your great team.

Thank you Digital Installers for basically help me set up my current CCTV DVR on my iphone and other mobile devices that the original company that installed the my current CCTV system failed to due. I highly recommend them for any and all CCVTV related installs period. R.K

Shaun and his team did another excellent job in our home. This time installing a 75 inch t.v., moving the 46 inch from one room to another and the the 32 inch that was there into a 3rd room. They had to program our remotes and mount one of the tv's to the wall. The 75 they mounted to the base. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We live in Orange County and referred them to friends in Villa Park who were also pleased with them. They go anywhere in the greater Long Beach/Orange County area.

Di did an exceptional job when we hired Rusty & his team to wire our 3 story home with surround sound, Sonos interface, and visual entertainment years ago and its great to see the standards of high quality work & service have not changed at all over the years. How refreshing! Thank you for your exceptional service yesterday & today, your tech Shaun B has our system upgraded and running very smoothly again with a much improved remote and easier Sonos interface on our Macs & iphones. :-D Much appreciated!

I have worked with DI on 5 separate jobs from my entire office to our home. They have never failed to deliver anything but the best. Their people are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, fast and up to date on the latest technology and innovations. I never consider calling anyone else. And, importantly, they give back to the community. I asked them to get involved with the Multiple Sclerosis Society and they have generously supported the MS Bike Event and also did all of the wiring and tech work for the Orange County, CA office. I found Rusty and Team via my hairdresser in Belmont Shore, where they had done some work and came highly recommended. I reached out and Rusty came round very fast to discuss my options and what he recommended. His team came round the following week and even though there was a lot of work to do, they worked late both days to get it all working, even being late for their own holiday party. On the Friday one of the team was getting called from his girlfriend wanting to know where he was and he said I can't leave until this is working, excellent customer service. I had an issue a few weeks after the install and again Rusty and team came round the next day to try and source the problem and make sure it was working perfectly when they left. If you want professional work done these are the guys, you will pay more, but you will get a top job and excellent customer service both before and after

I am on my second install and I figure it will go as great as the first. they are the best and pricing is just right for their services.

I was working on a Huge relocation project for my boss and while trying to find a company to do the A/V portion of the job, I came across Digital Installers on the web. I contacted them and they sent two Installers out to meet with me that same day! Reuben and [Shaun] listened to my needs and made awesome suggestions. The quote was turned around in a timely manner and once the quote was approved and payment was made, installation began. The job was big, not huge, but more than simply hanging a few TVs. The DI crew was on time EVERYDAY and they were happy to be there! They have the BEST crew in the whole world. Each guy works so hard and they are all very knowledgeable about their craft. They love what they do and it's obvious! The job they did for my boss took a full week (another company quoted me a month) They were professional, prompt, neat, precise and fast. They didn't cut any corners, they just brought out a larger crew! I wish I could remember everyone's name (sorry guys) because they were truly the most AMAZING bunch of guys to work with! They work as a team; no complaining, no arguing! Bottom line is, Digital Installers is the only company that I would ever go to from now on, for my A/V needs. They are innovative, knowledgeable, professional and worth every dollar that they charge. They present their best up front and you get their best throughout the entire project. Reuben was fantastic. From the first phone conversation to the actual installation he was incredibly knowledgeable and did an amazing job installing my TV over the fireplace. Honestly, can't say enough about his expertise and how he guided me through what was needed and how competent he was. I previously had a consultation with the Geek Squad from Best Buy and was very unimpressed. Reuben also said he does many "fixes" to Geek Squad problems. Reuben also does his own electrical so it was one-stop-shop for my TV installation. So professional, amazing customer service. Very neat too. Highly recommend. Excellent work.

I can't say enough about Digital Installers, especially Rubin and Rusty. We have used Digital Installers for 2 home installations and 2 business relocations. They know every in-and-out of the AV world. Apple TV, Sonos music, networking, universal remotes...they do it all, and do it well. I highly recommend!!!!!
