My wife and I hired Digital Installers to design and install a home theater system. Rusty, Shaun, and the rest of the DI Crew are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My wife HATES seeing wires. All of the cabling was run through the walls and the ceiling to a small closet where all of the equipment was stored. Even the front speaker cabling came out from under the baseboard as we didn't want plugs in the wall. Everything turned out beautifully looking as well as top performance. Digital Installers optimized the picture of the big screen, programmed the remote controls, showed us how to use everything and made sure clean-up was spotless. They do professional work in a timely manner. If you want a company that you can trust they are the best! They can do both indoor and outdoor systems.

Phenomenal service. I called to inquire about the installation of a wall mount for a television and Rusty came out the next day. We chatted about my ghastly internet speed (courtesy of AT&T), my desire for a camera security system, and the set up for the television I wanted installed. He was wonderfully helpful. I have not yet had enough time to research new internet services, so I later set up an appointment just for the TV install with James, who was the one who answered the phone. He recommended several components - Apple TV and a new Blu Ray DVD player - as well as the brackets and cables I'd need. The installation and set up was superbly efficient. The two guys who did the hanging were fabulous about measuring and doing the work just right. They stayed to show me how to work the new remotes and give me some tips. The TV looks terrific. No cords, no visible mechanics anywhere. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. When I figure out how to dump AT&T, Digital Installers will be the only company I call to do my security cameras and music system.

Rusty was great getting me set up and Ruben did a great job with the installing a full family room entertainment center. All the cords are ran thru the ceiling professionally and look clean. They were clean and professional throughout the whole experience. Ruben got mostly everything done in one day. There was a small situation that was giving him a little trouble the following day, but he was determined to get it fixed and that's EXACTLY what he did! My family and I love are new entertainment set up and would recommend Digital Installers (Ruben) to anyone! Thanks Rusty and Ruben and team.

These guys are great and know what they are doing. I was most impressed when Vanny (my installer) would not leave until my flatscreen was PERFECTLY level. This is money well spent.

Rusty worked out a difficult install for new 65" TV. Technicians were timely and efficient (Varna, Jessie and Seth). Costs were reasonable, with no charge for pick-up and delivery of TV from Costco. I will recommend DI to others.

I have used Digital installers 4 times now. I wouldn't call anyone else. Shaun and all the rest of the guys know what to do and get it done right. Very clean, very kind and not afraid to explain anything to you. They arrive on time and get right to work. This is a trustworthy company. Price is excellent for the work and the time they spend doing what you asked for. Don't look anywhere else these guys are the best in the business.

We recently had three Famous Dave's BBQ locations upgraded with new five 80 & 60 inch TVs at each location and Rusty's guys took great care of our Restaurants. They are not just great at what they do, they care and know that our success is also a success for Digital Installers.

Love this company! Professional, courteous....great work! Contacted them and within one week had all my televisions and sound installed. Their crew left my home spotless....and I am picky. Looking forward to using them again for security and for work in another one of our homes.

These guys did a fantastic job, hanging two new flat screens for us. One was a smaller one (32") on a fixed mount, and the other a large 55" which was mounted on a tilt mount, both of which they rovided Their work was clean, fast, polite, and expertly done, and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone.

Simply put: Within 48 hours of contacting this company on yelp, I had 3 hidden cameras in working smoke detectors and I could (after being given a detailed demo by the installers) access the live feed and recorded footage from my phone. They neatly installed everything and vacuumed everywhere they had been before they left. They were very friendly and efficient (it only took them a few hours from beginning to end, which I greatly appreciated with my schedule), and they were nice to my cat, who was climbing all over them while they installed everything. Thank you!

I had a Bose Sound Dock that was out of warranty and the sound would not work. I gave Rusty a call and although they do not usually service or repair speakers he advised for me to stop by anyway to see if he could help. His colleague, Oscar, assisted me and was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes. My Bose Sound Dock is up and running. Appreciate the help and good service!!

Reuben is simply awesome. Clearly knows his stuff and executes the installation himself. He's friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about a quality install and a happy customer. He was very helpful with SOLUTIONS to address project complexities, and tried his best to come up with cost effective options...while still delivering a clean install. I had Reuben at my home for several hours, much longer than he had planned and he didn't complain once. Two custom flat screen and sound system installs ended up costing much more than I had planned but after seeing the hours of labor and cost of materials it made sense. Regardless, DI makes good margin. Good for them. With their quality work they deserve it. After Reuben left my house, I encountered a complication. He left his card with cell number so I texted him with my problem. In less than an hour he responded with a course of action which worked. I felt great to have continued good service after I had already paid and they left the job. One suggested improvement. Update your marketing materials with a phone number that immediately gets to someone who will respond and schedule an installation appointment. Howard's TV. gave me a DI card with a number that went straight to vm...and no one called back to schedule an appointment. I had to call 3x and finally found Rusty's direct number. Ultimately Rusty took care of scheduling the install for the next day. But it really should not take 3 calls from a customer, right? It seems other reviews indicate problems with scheduling... Bottom line: I would use DI again in a heartbeat.

We are very pleased with Digital Installers. The products installed and the quality of the installation far exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Digital Installers!

D. I. I had installation on 12/23/14. I had them install four speakers in my back yard with Sonos connection so we could have outdoor music or radio or TV using our iPhone or iPad, as Oscar suggested. It was done beautifully within 3 hours and that included explaining to me how to use everything. It was my husbands Christmas gift so they came while he was gone as planned. very, very happy with these guys and would highly recommend. They were prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

I am no way shape or form technically savvy so when my fathers Yamaha speakers from the 80's had a chord snap (I had never seen these types of chords before in my life) , I was preparing to spend some cash I didn't have. When I texted my issue to Rusty, he simply instructed me to "plug the brass wires" nicely into the hole. I did and boom! Working. I know this is a simple fix but it was really kind of Rusty to just help me out like that. Holiday KINDNESS at its finest. I will use this service in the future. He was so prompt (in picking up the phone on the Sunday before Xmas!) and professional.

The owner and his staff are awesome! Talk about great customer service!! I called with a very odd request and within minutes the owner had his guys on the phone pulling strings to make my request happen. All other stores in long beach wouldn't even bother doing or trying to help and yet these guys went above and beyond!! Thanks again and happy holidays!

These guys are truly the best! They installed my exterior security cameras last year and I had every hope of never having to call them again. Totally professional, great customer service and I was completely satisfied with the installation. Today we had a burglary and Esmond (and Evan) were at the house within hours to help me figure out the system and capture video showing who/what/when etc. These guys are techies, make no mistake, but they know how to handle folks like me (let's just say less-than-techie) with a patient, calm and understanding manner. Let's hope the cops catch the bad guys but in the meantime I have security cameras, and Digital Installers, on my side.

Rusty and his team did a fantastic job on our TV and electronics installation. They installed two TV's, in ceiling speakers, and various electronics. The installation was done perfectly without a wire to be seen. Couldn't recommend them enough. This is our second house they have installed in and I won't use any one else in the future.

5 star service. Oscar came out and did a bang up job for us at my parents house! He came out and helped us upgrade our overly complex (and expensive) Crestron remote controls. We are much happier with our new system, which didn't cost a whole lot and is much easier to use. We really appreciated the professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail that he provided. This company is better than the ones we've worked with in the past and we will continue to hire them - and would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Rusty (the owner) and his crew at Digital Installers are really excellent. Competitive pricing and great customer service. Esmund is one of the managers and has done work for me in two of my homes now and he has great ideas. I moved into a big house and needed a lot of stuff done. Everything was spot on, from the complete home audio system to the outdoor TV and speakers. They are experts about the equipment they are installing and they don't try to up-sell you on stuff you don't need. Everyone is extremely conscientious in your home and polite. Oscar was another crew member on this last job and he was terrific as well. They've also done work for my parents as well as other friends with great reviews. Definitely give these guys a call for any A/V work you need.
