This company is the best. I have had so many nightmarish AV companies come to my house and do the worst job possible. I've even asked technicians to leave my house before they did anymore damage. I've been using DI for about 3 years. Rusty is my main point of contact and I simply shoot him a text and he not only schedules the jobs, but he gives excellent consulting advice. DI has done the following for me: Installed an awesome system in our great room with our big TV so I could use one remote, to control 4 outputs (BlueRay, Cable Box, XBox and Apple TV). As part of this job, they mounted a TV outside on our deck. It gave me the ability to send any of the 4 outputs to any of the 2 TV's. Also, they installed a Sonos device so I could stream music indoors and/or out. In addition, just yesterday, the amazing, talented and professional DI technicians Vanny and Evan, showed up (early! never happens with any other companies that come to my house) to wall mount 2 TV's and a Sonos soundbar. Also, they helped me plan out a future upgrade to my family room TV. The work was impeccable. I'm so happy, I would highly recommend DI. Also, did I mention that I called Rusty on Monday and the work was completed by Tuesday? Wow!

Well, this is the second time Rusty and team have exceeded expectations..... first time, about 12 years ago with my first 50" Plasma purchase... not only did Rusty and team install the TV, but they optimized my audio setup in order to take full advantage of the capabilities.... Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, when Evan and Elvis did an awesome install of all new equipment, 75" Sony, and awesome Sonos surround system... I purchased everything through Digital Installers, and man did they deliver the goods... The Sonos system, (recommended by Rusty), was more than I expected... unbelievable sound for both movies and music. If there were 10 stars available, believe me when I tell you, these guys would get 11..... Do not hesitate for a second, call them now and prepare to be blown away

I came across Digital Installers during my own Google search of local businesses that could help my business. They were a great find. Rusty provided a quote for exactly what I requested. Kevin the installer was top notch. His attention to detail was much appreciated. I requested extra work on site and the hourly charge was well worth it. I have since called Kevin on a follow up call and he immediately replied with advice to resolve my question. I would not hesitate to have this company do further work for my business. I had Digital Installers set up my entire home entertainment and surround sound system about five or six years ago, but developed a problem a year back when one of my (seven) speakers went out. Since it sits right above my head, in my favorite lounge chair, it was more of an annoyance than anything else because I knew I was not enjoying the full experience of the (high end) equipment I have. I called Digital Installers and, within hours, they were at my home, diagnosed the problem, and it was fixed and done -- and they optimized my system which I had been underutilizing. I'll be having them back soon to upgrade my living room set-up to 4K and switch out the HD set back to the master bedroom. None of it's cheap, but it's done right, done fast, and best of all, Digital Installers wants you to achieve the full experience of whatever equipment you have.

I'm not sure how long we've been using DI, at least 10 years, so we've had the pleasure of almost each oe of the guys working in our home. Shaun came to us yesterday to do 2 things - remedy the problem of accessing Netflix & Amazon, & hook up my beautiful new turntable to speakers & a receiver. In addition to that, he had a look at our universal TV remote in the front room & found several problems that needed attention & so he took care of that too. So, in an hour, Shaun fixed everything that needed fixing! I think he is a genius! I can't say enough good things about this company. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, arrive on time, fast & something that's very important to me...they don't mind explaining, in detail, everything that I need to know about how to operate all the AV things that are wired together in our home. Whatever your needs are, large or small, you can count on them to do a wonderful job.

We just rented this location for an event last Thursday. We were really happy with the space and loved all of the technology- it's such a great touch to have perfect sound, lighting and video. We will definitely rent again. Thank you Rusty and Phyllis for creating a great space for our workshop.

My brother and I tried to hang my tv, but stud sensors would find one, but then would stay quiet while double checking. I debated whether or not to use geek squad, but figured if I'm going to spend money on an install, might as well find a local business. Since I drive by their office all the time, I decided to call Digital Installers. Esmond came out to give a quote and was lucky enough to have a time slot available before Christmas. The techs that came out were friendly and courteous, even to my kids who were trying to have a cardboard roll sword fight as they worked. I am really satisfied with the install and HIGHLY recommend Digital Installers for your audio/video needs.

Very professional. Arrived on schedule with a 2 person team that obviously knew what they were doing. They installed a big screen over my bedroom fireplace exactly as I wanted it. I had pre-arranged the price, so there were no surprises.

Very prompt and professional installers. My only comment is that the cost seemed high for the job. We had a 49' television installed - no complicated arrangements and the cost was $250. Seems high for a 40 minute simple job.

I just had some products installed at my home. The installation was fantastic and the crew was super nice. No mess and the products work perfect! Love these guys!

Shaun came by yesterday to tune up my security camera system. I wasn't his first stop, so he kept me informed with phone calls (3) on his progress to arriving at our home. I had a pretty long "to do" list and I expected it would take about four hours to accomplish. Shaun completed all of the tasks in one hour! At the end of his visit I asked if he would take a look at our home automation system. It's about 15 years old I we are considering a technology refresh. Shaun described a solution that would consolidate our alarm system, security cameras, room lighting control, pool equipment control, audio video systems and wireless communication into one managed home automation system. They are putting a proposal together now and I will definitely consider Digital Installers for this work.

Digital Installers helped us upgrade our tech while we were in the middle of major house repairs and had walls open. So we had the opportunity to meet nearly all their staff. An outstanding group of guys! Everyone of them well-trained, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. All systems working well with no problems for several years now. Last week our wifi died (two wifi boxes installed 12 feet up!) A call to Digital Installers got Rueben and Vanny out to the house within an hour and they located and solved the problem. Rueben took the time to walk me through our system for a refresher and patiently answered all my questions. I thought no one could beat Oscar (who recently left the company ) but luckily Rueben proved more than up to the challenge.

9/19/16 Impeccable service!!!!!!After Cox Communications left a mess with my TV's, aesthetically hanging cable and boxes on the wall and still no internet capabilities and no training. Reuben Moxley from Digital Installers went through every TV in my house, and all tv's had different issues. This man is amazing, he figured out every issue on all tv's, set up my smart t.v. set up my cable, trained me on each tv and my house is guest ready. This installer knew about every little thing, apple tv, cox, direct...the list goes on and a joy to have at my home. This installer and this company has first class service and I am Type A. He is unbelievable and knows his business like no one I have ever seen. I will absolutely recommend Reuben and Digital Installers to my Palos Verdes community of girlfriends and charities! obtained the name of this company through a local communication site I belong to called "nextdoorneighbor.com" in the Belmont Shore area of Long Beach. I initially spoke to Rusty (the owner), who was able to give me a very accurate price quote over the phone. After calling a few other companies, I just felt comfortable with the professionalism of my conversation with Rusty. After scheduling an appointment, the installers arrived right on time. Vanny and Vanna (brothers) were just awesome. They had the expertise to install my security camera system. They used their own cables (which was much better than what came with my system). They were professional, knowledgeable, and provided suggestions for my camera placement. Additional personnel arrived to assist with the installation and they were just as awesome. Although I am not from the tech world, I received a basic lesson on the system. They were very patient with me. I've had to call a few times because my Internet system has some issues (not related to the installers) and my calls were returned in a prompt manner. I was initially going to use my local electrician, which would have been a huge mistake. I am very thankful for Digital Installers and would recommend them for all of your AV/security system needs. A sincere and heartfelt thank you to all that were involved with my surveillance camera install.

I called Digital Installers after seeing their truck (with a Sono's logo on it) in the neighborhood. I had invested in a Sonos Playbar and Play 1 speakers, but never felt my surround sound was working as it should. I also couldn't figure out how to get Sono's to play my music without interruption. In the first meeting, Evan came out to meet with me about the challenges I was having, as well as some new ideas for the back yard sound system. The immediate need was to get the living room sound system connected and working properly. The day Evan and Ty came out, they spent about 1.5 hours, reconnecting the Playbar, Apple TV, Play 1 speakers, and calibrating it all for perfect sound. They were able to reduce my need for additional hardware and go from using 3 remotes to 2 remotes. They cleaned up all the cords so they looked neat and tidy (and hidden where they could be). They showed me how to use the Sono's app from my phone. I was impressed with Evan the first time we met, as well as how available he was via email, text and phone to answer my questions. I recently purchased a 60 inch Visio TV and I wanted to relocate it to my fireplace. I do not use my fireplace so I figured I can mount it on the bricks and then hide the wires behind the TV. When I first met Rusty at digital installers, I noticed the LED lights that he has behind his TV on the showroom floor. I went ahead and had him install that as well. Now that I had my nice brand-new TV mounted on the fireplace and the cool backlighting I had to figure out something for all of my devices because I couldn't put them on the shelf which is where they lived for many years. I went ahead and got a IR repeater and a universal remote. Now all my devices are tucked out of the way and the IR cords run up to the top of the TV and everything is nice and clean and you can't see any wires. As a bonus I only have to keep track of one remote control instead of four that's gonna save me a lot of time:)

Gave these guys a call earlier this morning to have an ethernet port installed in one of the bedrooms. Rusty was able to schedule us an appointment, same day, in the afternoon. Oscar and Evan were our installers and I'm pleased to say that I am typing this review using my new ethernet connection :) Summary: Stellar service! Super friendly! Would definitely look to them for any work needed in the future.
