I called Digital Installers to install my new TV. I spoke with a person in the office and she said she would get in touch with one of the crews. I received a prompt reply. The job was scheduled. The crew was about 10 mins early. The went right to work. They removed the old TV and the wall mount. When they arrived, I asked them to restore an old roof antenna coaxial cable. They finished the job, including the old coaxial connection, and a complete cleanup. Everything looks and works wonderfully. This is the third job they have done for me. I highly recommend Digital Installers. Mike Needed cable channels installed and some extra long coaxial cable needed shortening. Everett called and said he was on his way. He showed up on time, introduced himself. He came in and did both jobs extremely well, he. Was fast and neat. The job was setup for 2 hours. He was done in 1 hour. KUDOS Mike

Sam and Brian just left after having completed my scheduled job. They were terrific. I was called about 30 minutes before the scheduled start time confirming they were on their way and would be there at the appointed time. When they arrived, we clarified the work to be done plus discussed some other options. The job was for running cable from an interior closet to multiple rooms. They provided a better suggestion than what I had originally requested and did it with patience as I asked a lot of questions. As the job progressed they kept me updated and answered even more questions. When they left, I think the areas they worked in were even cleaner and more tidy than when they arrived. The pricing was exactly as I had expected based on the quote from Matt when I booked the appointment. Will definitely refer to others and use again if the need arises. Well done.

In 2013 we purchased a 4,000 sq ft home in Rolling Hills with the plan to do a complete remodel. The designer we hired (and later fired) recommended a low voltage installer who was (only) an authorized Control4 dealer. We went with Control4 because as far as I could tell at the time it seemed to be a good option for a new whole home system. This turned out to be correct; Control4 is a complete, versatile, powerful and integrated choice for a truely smart home. However, the design and installation was a whole separate issue with this particular dealer. In fact I ended up doing some of the system setup myself, including keypad templates and lighting scenes in Control4's Composer Home Edition. The dealer was subsequently fired and I began a search to find someone to finish up the project and then continue system maintenance. After failed experiences with 3 other Control4 dealers I finally contacted Control4's highest (platinum) rated company in our area which was Digital Installers. The difference was night and day. These folks are really experinced, competent, knowledgeable, and extremely nice people to deal with. They like and appreciate their customers and treat them kindly and fairly. They came in and did a series of important improvements to our system and have been able to fix every problem and glitch that has appeared since they took over the job. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a ton of frustration and misery. Use Digital Installers for your Control4 project from the get go like I should have done. The only other piece of advise I would give is to spend slightly more on your system and go with panelized lighting control. Take it from me. Our project has almost 500 drivers that are loaded and working well now with the help of Digital Installers.

I needed a coax ran from a satellite dish 150' to an office for Directv. After Directv surveyed the work, they said they couldn't hide the wires in the wall and suggested I contact someone else. I reached out to Digital Installers and received a reply within minutes and had someone in my office within the hour to review the project. After discussing the options to keep the cable hidden, I received a fair quote and the installers were back the next day to do the work. The work was flawless, installed as discussed and the final price was less than the quote. One happy customer here, thank you to Digital Installers and their team.

Seth came over right on time, we partied, did some karaoke, had tons of fun! Oh yeah and he upgraded our whole system tv, video, sound systems. I'm going to invite them over soon so we can party!

My husband & I have been using Digital Installers for years. We have several audio/visual products which they have combined into one remote making it simple for us to use. We've worked with Shaun more than anyone else, but over the years, we've worked with most of the guys & each & everyone has been terrific. They are knowledgeable, courteous, & prompt. When it comes to AV stuff, they're the ones to call. Don't waste your time with anyone else!

Redoing our master bath. Ruben & Otto arrived and wired for a mirror tv and sonos speaker system. They were prompt, neat and extremely professional. Rusty, the owner, even stopped by to supervise!. Rusty and his team have the knowledge and experience to completely modernize and update my home AV system. They installed Ring Elite, external cameras, and a backyard sound system that feels like a live band experience. All done on time and with professionalism.

I contacted several AV experts in the Long Beach area for a quote on upgrading my home theatre system. Rusty and the others at Digital Installers seemed best informed and designed a system that turned out to be superb. Installation was done professionally with installers who knew what they were doing. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I had a chance to hear the system in their showroom before I chose. I ended up with the small Truaudio Sat 3 speaker system which gives truly remarkable sound combined with a small footprint, and I was therefore able to have my big, old speakers removed. One hint: Don't fill out their website "contact form." No one ever got back to me. Just go in there or give them a call for great personalized service.

I hired Digital Installers to hang a new TV and install several cameras at my home. Everett, Elvis, Aldo and Vanny showed up on time, they were efficient and went the extra mile. The overall experience was extremely positive.

We did a home remodel and added a new media system with Didgital installers. Our old remote stopped working. Called in to the office with my situation. Ruben came over and checked out the issue. New remote installed , activated, and problem solved all in the same day.

These guys are the best. Rusty sent out Seth and Sinat to replace and install a new Wi-Fi network, new receiver and remote for family room TV and sound system, new Sonos system for there and master bedroom and patio. Roku, too - it all sounds incredible! No mess, everything wire-managed within cabinets, wife happy, me happy. Oh, and they went to all means to make sure we knew how to operate everything.

These guys are the best! Second time using this company in as many years. This time it was (I naively thought) a simple job. But due to the configuration of my house, it required more work. Vanna was extremely knowledgeable and persistent and got the job done. I've worked with Vanna twice now and both times he has been absolutely professional and skillful. Extremely fair pricing given the amount of work done. Very clean work also. I highly recommend this business. Look no further.

Called these guys,a couple of days ago and made an appointment. They came out yesterday. I'd been having issues for almost a year with 2 DVD players and a color saturation issue with my projector system. In fact, Geek Squad came out a month or so ago and could not resolve the colir saturation problem, so I was quite skeptical that these guys would have any positive outcomes. Nonetheless, Vanny (Yim) came out, did a visual inspection of the equipment, asked a few questions and got to work. He got the DVD running (wasn't connected properly....probably my doing), figured out that the color saturation problem was due to the color settings on the remote for the projector (why couldn't the Geeks figure this out?). Lastly, he did a firmware update for my upstairs DVD player. Long story short...all systems are now up and running properly after months of issues. I truly ecomnend Digital Installers if you have home theater issues. They are great and their pricing is reasonable! Vanny was professional, gave me tips on how to troubleshoot certain issues, was courteous in answering all questions we had. I definitely plan to call DI the next time I have home theater related issues!

I've always wanted to play music throughout the house without having to take my portable bluetooth with me as I move room to room. Rusty took his time to explain all options to customize our home system for what was important to our family. We LOVE the finished product and now have designed the 2nd phase to continue the upgrades towards home automation. Great work guys!

We had Evan and Vanny out today to mount our tv over our fireplace, and move our cable/wifi equipment to the closet. These guys were ontime, and knew what they were doing. All the cables are hidden neatly as well as the equipment. They were very nice and professional.

These guys are the best. We have used their services on several occasions and have always been more than satisfied. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and never leave a mess. We highly recommend their services.

Digital Installers had been installing TVs, surround sound and cameras in my businesses for decades and always do a great job. That's why when I bought a new home in Buckeye Arizona I again relied on them. They came out on Monday, stayed through Wednesday and all was finished and glitch free by Thursday. If I have any future problems they can fix it via computer although I wouldn't mind a visit. They are all great guys.
