Comment: Digital Installers, is a company that I want anyone, who has audio/visual needs, to know about. They’ve done numerous things for us over the years & I just can’t recommend them highly enough. Not only do they know how to do whatever it is that you want done, but they will also offer input about how you might get better results. They’re just terrific!!

I searched so many areas trying to find a good reputable company to come complete the installation of my system. I was referred to them and they were absolutely hands-down amazing. The system sounds great and not one complaint. Thank you so much for doing such a great job.

I was referred to Randall at Digital Installers through a good friend of mine. Randall came over to our house and immediately put together an outstanding plan for multiple digital/tech needs of ours (home security system, networked audio, mesh WiFi installation, and a new TV). He is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, respectful, and a great problem solver. I felt at ease and comfortable with him from the beginning. It is rare and refreshing to meet and work with such someone who is so professional and capable. As we got closer to the installation date there were a few minor changes and he made them with ease. Once we had a plan in place, I was contacted by Tara to set up the installation date. I had multiple conversations with her and she was friendly, professional, and super easy to work with. She followed up to confirm the date a day or two prior which I very much appreciated. On the day of installation, the Digital Installers team (Elvis, Andres, and Samuel) arrived early and like Randall earlier, were very professional, friendly, and outstanding problem solvers as they worked through the various items on the work order. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly and efficiently they completed each task and even more than that, they did it in a very clean way with no wires showing, etc. When the installation was completed, they took their time to test each item and then explain its operation to my wife and I in a very methodical and easy to understand manner. I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire Digital Installers for my family's digital/tech needs and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again on any future projects. One of the best parts about Digital Installers is that they pretty much do everything (and do it well) so I really only have/need one point of contact for any issues going forward. How fortunate we were to find such an incredible and responsive company. From Randall who came to our home to see what we wanted and needed, to his quick turn around on the very competitive quote. This was followed up by the installers/technicians, Seth and Elvis who were friendly, courteous, highly professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, patiently teaching us how to use the new system, and answering our many questions, even giving us their phone numbers if we had any follow up questions. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

DI is the best! Their customer service is amazing, especially Esmond! He really goes above & beyond helping me not only with things related to our security cameras, but anything computer/electronic related! He really saved us yesterday and I can't thank him and everyone at DI enough!

Digital Installers are AWESOME. professional and clean installation. They answered all my questions and even installed some pre-purchased product plus products I purchased from them, Shaun was great and Tara in the office was very nice. I would recommend DI to anyone looking for great clean audio/video installs.

Dave himself answered my call. He was very competent and patient. Even when I asked dumb questions. He didnt charge for miscellaneous things. And gave me a free consult. Definitely would come back for future fixes.

I purchased a MantelMount, thinking that I could install a large 75" TV with the help of a friend. Turns out I was wrong. ‿ I literally selected DI based on authorized installers on MM's website and I lucked out. The two gentlemen that came were EXTREMELY nice and humble. Very sunny dispositions. I have future plans for the house and definitely will hit these guys up.

We had Digital Installers install our sound system at work and they were fantastic to work with. Most of the work they did was off hours which really helped. They were professional and courteous and even came back to tweak the system. Work is so much more enjoyable with the music streaming from the ceiling.

These guys are incredible. Super professional, reasonable pricing. Randall and his team were extremely accommodating despite all our construction delays and even helped us out of a pickle when our electrician failed us. Would without a doubt use this company again no question. If you're a business needing this service, no need to look elsewhere!

As someone who does business with Rusty and his team on a regular basis, I can't say enough good things about these guys.
