We installed a Lutron lighting control system with keypads that blend nicely with the home’s design, making it easy to adjust the lighting throughout the house. We also added Lutron motorized shades to give the client smooth control over light and privacy. For entertainment, we installed Samsung Frame TVs that look just as good off as they do on, along with Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers that fill each room with great sound. Outdoors, Bowers & Wilkins speakers extend the audio experience, perfect for relaxing or entertaining outside. To keep the home safe, we set up Alarm.com security cameras, a video doorbell, and an alarm panel, giving the client peace of mind and easy access to everything. This project was a great opportunity to combine smart technology and everyday comfort, creating a home that’s stylish, secure, and easy to control.

To bring his vision to life, we installed a complete outdoor entertainment system designed for performance and reliability. The setup features an Elite Screens outdoor projection screen paired with a BenQ projector, protected inside a DeerTV Medium Outdoor Weatherproof Projector Enclosure for long-term durability.
For sound, we added Sonos outdoor speakers that fill the patio with balanced audio, pairing perfectly with the projector for movies, sports, and music.

The final result is a comfortable, inviting outdoor area that feels like a personal movie space—perfect for relaxing evenings and game-day gatherings.

From the start, we worked hand-in-hand with the builder to ensure every solution complemented the home’s modern design and the client’s lifestyle. Home Automation: We installed a Control4 system that unifies entertainment, security, lighting, shading, and alarm control into one effortless platform. Our integration covered music, security cameras, lighting (in collaboration with the electrician), and motorized shades (programmed by the shade provider and tied into Control4 by our team).
Touchscreens were added throughout the home, giving the client quick access to lighting, music, cameras, and more—all from one central spot. Each space was outfitted with a Samsung Frame TV, blending with the aesthetic of the home.
Audio: Inside the home, Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers provide rich, balanced sound without taking away from the clean look of each room. Each speaker was carefully color-matched to the ceiling, blending in with the design. Outdoors, the backyard is equipped with Coastal Source speakers, built to handle the weather while still delivering great sound. 
Security: Safety was a priority. We integrated Luma Surveillance cameras into the Control4 ecosystem, giving the client complete visibility and peace of mind. All controllable from a single interface.
This project is another example of how collaboration with Legacy CDM continues to produce outstanding results, and we look forward to building on this partnership for many more homes to come.

We installed a Lutron RA3 lighting control system, complete with color-matched keypads to complement each room’s design, adding both functionality and visual flow. For easy, hands-free control, we integrated Josh.ai voice control, allowing the client to manage lighting and music with simple voice commands. In the family room, we created a clean, immersive entertainment experience with invisible JBL front speakers and subwoofers discreetly hidden behind the drywall. To complete the look, we used a Leon Studio Frame, transforming a Sony TV into a sleek, art-like display. While the in-ceiling speakers in some areas were pre-installed, we integrated them into the system and synced them with the rest of the speakers we provided—ensuring a smooth, unified audio experience throughout the home. We also installed landscape speakers and subwoofers in the outdoor areas, providing powerful, evenly distributed sound throughout the backyard. To ensure reliable connectivity, we included a Starlink internet backup system along with a dual-WAN router, providing smooth internet access even during service interruptions. This home is a great example of how advanced technology can be thoughtfully integrated into everyday living, bringing together smart control, modern design, and dependable performance.

We worked hand-in-hand with the client to bring his smart home vision to life—balancing luxury, functionality, and future-proof technology. We installed Control4 throughout the home, creating a single, streamlined system to manage everything from lighting and audio to security and climate. Control4 keypads and a smart doorbell ensured easy access and total home awareness from anywhere in the house. For entertainment, we installed Samsung Frame TVs in the living room and master bedroom to blend beautifully into the décor, along with additional Samsung and Sony TVs in the bedrooms and outdoor areas. Audio was a top priority, so we integrated Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling and in-wall speakers across the home, including the theater, which also features a Sony projector, a Screen Innovations screen, and a Velodyne subwoofer for a premium cinematic experience. To elevate the space even more, we added linear lighting by American Lighting along the staircase—not only to enhance the modern look, but also to keep every step well-lit and safe. The outdoor space got a serious upgrade as well, with Ambisonic landscape speakers and subwoofers creating immersive audio for gatherings or quiet evenings. We added Infratech outdoor heaters to ensure comfort in every season, and Lutron window treatments were installed throughout the home for effortless control of privacy and natural light—all integrated into Control4. We also implemented a full Alarm.com camera system for 24/7 security.
