Esmond is the COO/Operations Manager at Digital Installers, Inc. Esmond joined DI in 2005 and is involved with overseeing the growth of the company as well as the mentoring of our team. He started with the company as an in-field technician working his way up the ladder to designing systems for both residential and commercial applications. Supporting our team members so we can achieve our goals is one of his passions here at the company. Esmond grew up in Long Beach and went to Long Beach City Community College. He met his wife in High School and has 2 wonderful boys and dog, Olivia. When not at work, he loves finding places to travel with his wife and dog.
