The area now features Proluxe linear lighting, all controlled by a Lutron system for easy customization of ambiance and brightness. To complete the entertainment setup, we included a Samsung TV — perfect for outdoor movie nights, game days, or simply unwinding by the pool — along with European Rolling Shutters (Toga) for awning and comfort when needed. Coastal Source landscape lights were added to highlight the home’s architectural details and bring a warm, inviting glow to the pathways and seating areas. For sound, we installed TruAudio landscape speakers and Bowers & Wilkins speakers, filling the backyard with high-quality audio for music and entertainment. And to tie it all together, we ensured strong Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire home, keeping all smart features and entertainment perfectly connected.

To bring his vision to life, we installed a complete outdoor entertainment system designed for performance and reliability. The setup features an Elite Screens outdoor projection screen paired with a BenQ projector, protected inside a DeerTV Medium Outdoor Weatherproof Projector Enclosure for long-term durability.
For sound, we added Sonos outdoor speakers that fill the patio with balanced audio, pairing perfectly with the projector for movies, sports, and music.

The final result is a comfortable, inviting outdoor area that feels like a personal movie space—perfect for relaxing evenings and game-day gatherings.

We installed a Control4 automation system to bring everything together—lighting, music, entertainment, and security—all from one easy platform. Touchscreens around the house make it simple for the client to control lighting, music, cameras, and even the outdoor heaters. We added Lutron tensioned skylight rollers for smooth and precise light control. To enhance the design, we installed Proluxe linear lighting surrounding the skylights, creating a soft glow that highlights the ceiling details and adds depth to the room. The client also envisioned a custom light-up center table, and we made that vision a reality by integrating Proluxe linear lighting inside the table, adding a modern, one-of-a-kind touch. We also included DMF ceiling lights for balanced illumination and Aispire landscape lighting outdoors, bringing warmth and showcasing the home’s exterior design at night. Throughout the home, Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers deliver rich, balanced sound. The outdoor speakers were painted black per the client’s request, matching the space perfectly. We also included Amina invisible in-wall speakers for areas where the client wanted great sound without visible equipment. In the living room, a Samsung Frame TV fits perfectly with the home’s design, while the media room features a Sony TV for a more immersive entertainment setup. Outside, we installed five Infratech heaters, all connected to Control4 for easy temperature control. For security, we integrated Turing cameras and a Control4 video doorbell, giving the client peace of mind with convenient access from anywhere.

From the start, we worked hand-in-hand with the builder to ensure every solution complemented the home’s modern design and the client’s lifestyle. Home Automation: We installed a Control4 system that unifies entertainment, security, lighting, shading, and alarm control into one effortless platform. Our integration covered music, security cameras, lighting (in collaboration with the electrician), and motorized shades (programmed by the shade provider and tied into Control4 by our team).
Touchscreens were added throughout the home, giving the client quick access to lighting, music, cameras, and more—all from one central spot. Each space was outfitted with a Samsung Frame TV, blending with the aesthetic of the home.
Audio: Inside the home, Origin Acoustics in-ceiling speakers provide rich, balanced sound without taking away from the clean look of each room. Each speaker was carefully color-matched to the ceiling, blending in with the design. Outdoors, the backyard is equipped with Coastal Source speakers, built to handle the weather while still delivering great sound. 
Security: Safety was a priority. We integrated Luma Surveillance cameras into the Control4 ecosystem, giving the client complete visibility and peace of mind. All controllable from a single interface.

We replaced the customer’s existing outdoor speakers and added a patio TV setup designed for flexibility — allowing audio to come from either the TV or music, whether the screen is on or off. The system includes a new Sonos Amp to power two outdoor speakers and an audio return HDMI to connect everything smoothly. Inside, we swapped out the old 65" Samsung TV with a sleek new 75" Samsung Frame TV, delivering a modern look with intuitive functionality. To support it all, we upgraded the entire home’s WiFi system, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity in every corner.
